The cheesy white center in the middle of Chocolate City

The most Whiskey Tango event I have ever seen is going on in the big parking lot in the middle of downtown DC. Bands like Silversun Pickups (yawn) are bouncing off the big hotels like Dramma dramma dramma dunnnnnn! Countless NoVa residents are sampling chili and drinking lots of (dometic beer). It is the DC101 Chili Cookoff or something.
